At this time, more than ever, we are committed to your health and safety.
The health and well-being of our guests and staff are our top priority during this challenging time.
CLEANLINESS: - we are committed to maintaining the highest hygiene standards. Additional cleaning protocols are being adhered to, in particular around high touch points to ensure that the comfort and quality of your stay is not compromised in anyway.
UPON HOTEL CHECK IN: - Our reception service standards have all been amended to align with COVID-19 preventative measures. In accordance with Australian Government regulations, you will be asked some questions regarding your health and well-being upon hotel check-in, examples being:-
Do you have ANY of these symptoms – Fever – Cough – Sore Throat – Shortness of Breath?
Have you travelled overseas in the last 14 days?
Have you had close contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the last 14 days?
Our hotel reception is disinfected frequently, hand sanitizer is available.
SOCIAL DISTANCING is in practice, please be respectful and remain at least 1.5 metres away from one another. Distancing dots are placed in the hotel reception area.
EMPLOYEE WELFARE: - All employees are instructed to stay home if they are not feeling well or are experiencing any symptoms as detailed above. Staff are also instructed to wash hands regularly and to use hand sanitizer.
HOTEL BOOKING FLEXIBILITY: - Direct bookings are now fully flexible until July 2021 and we’ve waived cancellation fees. Contact us directly to discuss.
HOTEL SERVICES: - We have made some permanent and temporary changes and some services are currently unavailable. These changes were designed to comply with the COVID-19 regulations, whilst still delivering as much of our unique customer service experience as possible.

Breakfast - Room Service delivered contactless to your door from 7.00am – 9.00am daily. Orders to be placed with the hotel reception by 9.00pm the evening prior.
Dinner - Room Service delivered contactless to your door from 6.00pm – 8.00pm Monday to Thursday inclusive (except public holidays)
